100% Local Processing

Quick Subtitles processes all your video files, subtitles, and transcripts locally on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Nothing is ever uploaded to our servers.

Local Storage Only

Your files, subtitles, and app settings are stored only on your device. We have no servers to store your data on.

Works Offline

Once installed, Quick Subtitles works completely offline. No internet connection is needed for any core functionality.

No Third-Party Analytics

We don't use crash reporting tools, analytics services, or advertising networks that could collect your data.

Optional AI Features

Quick Subtitles offers optional AI-powered features for transcript generation. These features use on-device processing through Apple's built-in speech recognition technology. Your audio is processed locally on your device and is never sent to external servers.

Apple Speech Recognition

Quick Subtitles uses Apple's Speech Recognition framework with on-device processing. According to Apple's documentation, when using on-device recognition, audio is processed locally and is not sent to Apple's servers. Your preferences are stored locally using standard iOS/macOS user defaults.

Subtitle Data

All your subtitles, timestamps, and styling are stored only on your device.

Complete Control

You can delete the app at any time to remove all stored data.
